No. The required physical systems change with rack density, facility type, location, resilience target, tenancy, cooling architecture, and commissioning plan.

Does P27 supply the compute equipment?

P27 focuses on physical infrastructure around compute, including power, cooling, water and piping, racks, cabling, robotics, monitoring, and supported safety categories. Compute chips, models, and applications are outside the stated scope.

How is an infrastructure scope defined?
